§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://rezydencjanova.wa.profitroom.com
    and is effective from 07/06/2024.
  2. The data controller of user data is: Gubałówka Plus Sp. z o.o, Butorów 6, Kościelisko 34-511, registered in the business registry under NIP number: 6381856125 (hereinafter referred to as "We")

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions concerning the quality of services provided (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If the person has consented to data processing (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility to establish, assert or defend claims or when data retention is required by tax regulations.

  5. Every data subject has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or limit their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter, providing an e-mail address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted on the basis of the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use programming companies and maintain IT systems with whom we have concluded relevant agreements. These agreements include rules of data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies has the right to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessible to the company, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
